TO OBTAIN SERVICES FROM EDN

Eviction Defense Network operates on a
first-come-first-served, drop-in basis. We recommend that you arrive at
our offices as early as possible to ensure that you are seen the same
day as our services are first-come, first-served. We do not make
appointments for first-time clients.
We cannot give legal advice over the phone.

As of October 1, 2008,
we will not be open on Saturdays until further notice.
First-time clients must arrive by 3pm during
the week, however, we do not guarantee same-day
service. We recommend arriving as early as possible as our time-slots
fill up quickly. If you plan to arrive in the afternoon, you may call
the office to find out if we have any openings for that day.
Please bring the following with you:
- The Summons and Complaint (if you have received
one)
and any notices you have received regarding your tenancy
- Pictures of any bad conditions in your unit
- Your lease or rental agreement
- Rent receipts
- Any written documentation related to your tenancy
If you already have a judgment against you and/or a
Notice to Vacate from the sheriff, please see list
of what you will need to bring to the office.
